Saad and Arslan are two of the most experienced, responsive and professional agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The initial consult, marketing / photography and listing guidance were all top notch -- far beyond what I feel like is typical of my market / area -- and they were both extremely communicative and resourceful while trying to help us navigation a chaotic, tumultuous market. Their guidance was especially invaluable when trying to help us navigate terms with a buyer / agent who threw us numerous curveballs and extra requests -- at times, it felt like they were making up for everyone else's inexperience. Arslan Jamil is truly a gem in this real estate market. I am amazed by his knowledge in the field which makes the entire process smooth when I was buying my first property this past month in January. Throughout my transaction, he was always available for home tours both on weekdays and weekends and his responsiveness to all my concerns and queries via email, texting and phone call was always in timely manner. He really treated the situation like he was the one purchasing the house like before putting the offer, he compares the property value by searching all the close by houses sold in the past year then based on the sales price, he suggested me a price to offer which a lot of realtors hesitate to do as it’s just extra work on their end. Due to his due diligence and research, I was able to save great deal on my first house.Additionally, he was very well versed at dealing with seller’s real estate agent which makes the entire communication process well ordered. I highly recommend him based on his knowledge and calm mindset which gave me the confidence that he will get the job done – and he beautifully did!

Sadd and Arslan are a team that have no equal in the Northern Virginia real estate market. They work efficiently and with pin point precision. Our home was marketed through tasteful and effective brochures, mailings and flyers, which ultimately resulted in a ten day period from listing to contract. During negotiations our selling goals were considered though guided by Sadd and Arslan's extensive professional experience in our selling area. They were firm with the buyer's agent in a productive and positive manner Post contract, they addressed all issues and answered all questions within minutes of being contacted. Interfacing with the buyer's agent to arrange inspections, walk throughs, etc. was always based upon our schedule rather than the buyer's. Their assistance leading up, and to the closing was invaluable while working through a few issues that arose during the process.Overall, and after buying and selling multiple properties, we have never had a better experience with real estate agents than with Sadd and Arslan. From start to finish, their communication skills, as well as their handling of the entire endeavor was second to none.
